Paneer Stir Fry


Ingredients:

For Grinding:
Tomatoes – 2
Onion – 1
Green Chillis – 3
Garlic - 1 Clove

Regular:
Paneer – 400 gm
Garam Masala Powder – A pinch
Chilli powder – 1Tb Spn


  




Making Steps: 
1.       Cut Onions and tomatoes in to Cubes. Cut Green chillis length wise and Garlic  clove in to small pieces.
2.       Put 1 Spoon of oil in a pan and fry all the grinding ingredients. After tomatoes become soft and onions become transparent remove the pan and let it cool down for grinding.
3.       Grind the fried mixture.
4.       Cut paneer in to cubes. Fry these cubes in a pan with 1 Tb spn of oil.
5.       Turn them around so that they get fried uniformly, once they  turn brown pour the puree in it.
6.       Add Salt and chilli powder
7.       Keep stove on low flame. All the puree sticks to paneer cubes.Fry for 15-20 minutes
8.       Add Garam Masala powder  and fry for 2-3 minutes more and turn off the stove.


Cooking Time: 
20-30 minutes

Simple Aloo Smash Fry

Ingredients:


Urad Dal - 1 Spoon
Chana Dal - 1 Spoon
Mustard - little
Zeera - Little
Curry Leaves - some
Turmeric Powder - a Pinch
Green Chillis - 4/5
Onions-1
Potatoes - 2/3 Big Ones
Chilli Powder - Little


Making Steps:






1. Boil Potatoes in a cooker until 3 whistles. Let it cool down, peel the potatoes and smash the boiled potatoes.


2. Pour oil in a frying Pan. Put zeera, mustard,curry leaves,red chilli, urad dal, chana dal. after urad&chana dal turn little brownish- add Onions and green chillis. Fry until onions become transparent.


3. Add Salt and turmeric powder. Fry and add smashed potato. Keep frying


4.If you want a bit red color add chill powder and garnish with coriander.

Spicy Chicken Masala



Ingredients:
Marination:
Curd- 4-5 Tb Spoons
Chilli Powder - 2 Tb Spoons
Salt
Dhaniya Powder- 1 Tb Spoon
Lemon Juice -2 Tb Spoons
Pudhina Leaves- 4/5
Turmeric Powder: Half Spoon

Other Ingredients:
Onions - 2
Green Chillis - 4/5
Cloves-3
Cinnamon - 1 Big Stick / 2 Small sticks
Dry Methi Leaves - 2 Tb Spoons


Making Steps:
1. Cut chicken in to small pieces.Soak these chicken pieces in water while you add a pinch   of Turmeric Powder and keep it aside for 5 minutes. Then rinse these pieces in regular water.
2.Marinate chicken Pieces with the ingredients mentioned in the Ingredients section.(20-30 Minutes is good)
3.Heat oil in a Frying Pan and add cloves and cinnamon. Fry for 2 minutes, add onions and green chillis.
4.After the onions become transparent, add the marinated chicken and close the lid.
5.Open the lid and add very little Garam Masala Powder and Dry Methi leaves 
     A).Curry:  If you want to have this as curry close lid and let it cook. You can add curd in the middle   accordingly
     B).Fry: Don't close the lid,let the chicken be in the pan for more time on low flame.
6. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and its READY.
