Paneer Stir Fry


Ingredients:

For Grinding:
Tomatoes – 2
Onion – 1
Green Chillis – 3
Garlic - 1 Clove

Regular:
Paneer – 400 gm
Garam Masala Powder – A pinch
Chilli powder – 1Tb Spn


  




Making Steps: 
1.       Cut Onions and tomatoes in to Cubes. Cut Green chillis length wise and Garlic  clove in to small pieces.
2.       Put 1 Spoon of oil in a pan and fry all the grinding ingredients. After tomatoes become soft and onions become transparent remove the pan and let it cool down for grinding.
3.       Grind the fried mixture.
4.       Cut paneer in to cubes. Fry these cubes in a pan with 1 Tb spn of oil.
5.       Turn them around so that they get fried uniformly, once they  turn brown pour the puree in it.
6.       Add Salt and chilli powder
7.       Keep stove on low flame. All the puree sticks to paneer cubes.Fry for 15-20 minutes
8.       Add Garam Masala powder  and fry for 2-3 minutes more and turn off the stove.


Cooking Time: 
20-30 minutes
